Who are you? Where are you located?
I am currently enjoying life as a freelance Digital Artist and student based in Paris.

I want to contact you, which language to use?
English is not my mother language, but I use it for a better serving of my customers. You can contact me in english or in french.

I have contacted you but got no response!?
I may have a delay in the answer due to work overloading, eventual personal problems. I do my best to reply all messages I receive within 36 hours. Please make sure to have a suggestive title in your message, this way it will not be blocked by my spam filter. You can also leave a message on my MSN so I can read it when I get on.

I love your artwork! May I use it?
No you can't. Almost all of the artwork are published under my customers' permission. My prices include the intellectual rights incorporated on the picture.

Please be as much detailed as possible :
- Please describe your ideas, show me related works or references you find out cool and inspiring.
- Proposing a deadline is appreciated.
- Please indicate formats and sizes you need, color depth, style (cartoonish, anime, slapstick, photographic, ect).
- A prepay of 50% is required.

 

Pricing

How do you charge for your services?
I only charge per entire project. I do not work on hourly based charges. I also ask half of the payment as a deposit, then  I can start the work.

What are your prices?
There is no fixed price for my work. It depends on the amount of time I have to work on it, on the complexity involved on your request.

What kind of payments do you accept?
I prefer PAYPAL or iKobo payments, but credit card payments, Western Union international money orders or bank transfers are also available.

Is there any kind of extra charges or taxes for your services?
Yes, there is. PAYPAL taxes are paid by the customer, but most of the cases they are low and trivial.

What currency you use for your charges? Can I pay in diffent currency?
In all cases the payment will be requested in Euros. PAYPAL will automatically change your currency into Euros if you want to pay with USD, GBP, etc.
